Customer Service Milestone: Robert Bridges Celebrates 15 Years with Wizard
Mukilteo, Wash., September 3, 2009 – Robert Bridges, Vice President of Customer Services, celebrates 15 years with Wizard International, Inc.
In 1994, Robert began his tenure as Wizard’s first customer support technician. For a number of years he operated all aspects of the company’s support functions as the sole technician. Today, he provides effective support to Wizard’s customers worldwide with a team of 10 skilled technicians.
“Robert single-handedly created one of the most respected customer support teams in the custom framing industry,” says Bill Wridge, co-owner of Wizard International, Inc. “His devotion to Wizard and our customers is key to our continued success.”
As Vice President of Customer Services, Robert oversees one of the largest teams of customer support technicians in the framing industry. His team provides solutions to an average of 800 customers per week, including how-to information, product support, license generation, order fulfillment and more. His team also travels to provide hands-on training and installation at customers’ businesses worldwide.
